Security Self-Tests (DEV)
Base64 Hash Check
Sends a small base64 payload to /api/security/dev/hash-check with X-Content-Hash.
Multipart Hash Upload
Uploads a tiny blob to /api/security/dev/upload-file with X-Content-Hash.
Signed Echo
Registers a web device secret (once) and calls /api/security/dev/echo with HMAC headers.
Replay Last Signed
Re-sends previous signed headers to confirm replay/sequence rejection.
